The following are the General Conditions of Use of the website www.waitaly.net (the “Site”) to which anyone intending to navigate its pages (the “User”) must adhere.

The General Conditions may be modified by WAI at any time without notice, subject to the User’s obligation to review them periodically and in any case before accessing the contents of the Site.

You assume full responsibility for your use of the Site. Information sent or received while using the Site may not be secure and may be intercepted, hacked, and/or altered by unauthorized third parties.

WAI does not represent or warrant that the Site will not contain malfunctions, interruptions, errors, omissions or loss of transmitted information, or that no viruses will be transmitted on the Site. Use of the Site is at your own risk; therefore, to the fullest extent permitted by mandatory legal requirements, WAI shall not be liable to you or any third party in any capacity.

User agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend WAI and/or any third party owners in the event of any claims, demands, suits, debts, losses, or liabilities, including attorneys’ fees, where the action is based on, originates from, or relates to violations of these Terms and Conditions by User or anyone using User’s password or account.

Privacy

All personal data provided through this Site will be processed in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Policy.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Conditions shall be subject to and construed in accordance with Italian law. The competent court to hear any dispute arising with reference to these General Conditions as well as any other agreement that refers to them, will be the Court of Rome. By virtue of the application of Italian law, in the event of any conflict of interpretation between the Italian language version and the English language version of these General Conditions of Use, the Italian version shall prevail.
