CONVOCATION OF THE NATIONAL GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE UNION
The Lords of the National General Council of the Welcome Association Italy Syndicate are summoned to a meeting to be held at the Grand Hotel Adriatico, Via Carlo Maresca, 2, 65015 Montesilvano (PE) at 4:00 p.m. on 04/06/2024 to discuss the following agenda:
1) Review and approval of the Final Financial Statements for the year ended 12/31/2023 - resolutions pertaining thereto and resulting therefrom
2) Consideration and approval of the budget for the year 2024 - resolutions pertaining thereto and consequent thereto
3) Miscellaneous
In case the Assembly does not have a quorum on first call, as of now the second call is set for 05/06/2024 at 09:00 am.
