GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE
Below are the General Conditions of use of the website www.waitaly.net (the “Site”) which anyone who intends to browse its pages (the “User”) must comply with.
The use of the Site by the User constitutes acceptance of the relevant General Conditions of use. If the User does not intend to accept these General Conditions of Use, it is sufficient to refrain from browsing the pages of the Site.

The content of the Site, all rights on the use of trademarks, copyright and any other related intellectual property rights belong to WAI – Welcome Association Italy (“WAI”) by way of direct ownership or exclusive concession by the legitimate owners or to those who have provided the contents. By using the Site or the services provided by it, the User does not acquire, either explicitly or implicitly, any license relating to copyright, use of the trademark and/or any other intellectual property rights that are owned by of WAI or third party owners, either now or in the future.
Without prejudice to any further action, WAI reserves the right to revoke the User’s right of access, should it believe that the use of the Site or the services provided by it is such as to violate the copyright, use of the trademark and/or any other intellectual property rights that are owned by WAI or third party owners.

The General Conditions may be modified by WAI at any time without notice, without prejudice to the User’s responsibility to review them periodically and in any case before accessing the contents of the Site.
Limitation of Liability
The User assumes full responsibility for the use of the Site. The information sent or received while using the Site may not be secure and may be intercepted, violated and/or altered by unauthorized third parties.
WAI does not represent or warrant that the Site will not contain malfunctions, interruptions, errors, omissions or losses of information transmitted, or that no viruses will be transmitted on the Site. Use of the Site is at your own risk; therefore, to the maximum extent permitted by mandatory provisions of law, WAI will not be liable towards the User or third parties in any way.
All content published on the Site is provided for information purposes only. WAI makes no guarantees as to their accuracy and completeness. The Site does not represent a newspaper, and is updated without any periodicity, exclusively on the basis of availability.

The User undertakes to indemnify, hold harmless and defend WAI and/or any third party owners, in the event of compensation claims, questions, legal actions, debts, losses or liabilities, including legal expenses, where the action is based , originates from or refers to violations of these General Conditions by the User or anyone using their password or account.
Privacy
All personal data provided through this Site will be processed in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Policy.
Applicable law and competent court
These General Conditions will be subject to Italian law and will be interpreted in accordance with the same. The competent court to hear any dispute arising with reference to these General Conditions as well as any other agreement that refers to them, will be the Court of Rome. By virtue of the application of Italian law, in the event of any interpretative conflict between the Italian and English versions of these General Conditions of Use, the Italian version will prevail.
